National Council for Construction (Registration of Projects) Regulations , 2015
The SI39 of 2015 requires that all construction projects are to be registered with the National Council for Construction. Registration of Projects should be done within 14 days of Contract signing failure to which punitive measures will be taken against defaulters.

(Code of Conduct) Regulations, 2008
The Contractor Code of Conduct sets forth the standards of conduct to which Contractors and their subcontractors, employees and agents must adhere to while conducting business. SI No. 119 of 2008 also sets out the punitive measures which will be meted against defaulters.
